

Candidate procurement is carried out through ads in the press, an employment website and our own database. Candidates received are studied and classified depending on the positions profile through the ServiSelect Profile Form (SFP). Shortlisted CVs are sent with a brief commentary of the candidate.
A telephone interview is carried out with shortlisted candidates to expand and corroborate their suitability with the ServiSelect Profile Form (SFP). A personal interview is carried out to evaluate the most suitable candidates based on competence appraisal and psycho-technical tests. Confidential reports of candidates selected by Serviselect are created for the client for a subsequent interview. Lastly, we carry out an appraisal for hiring and service follow-up.
