Candidate procurement is carried out through ads in the press, an employment website and our own database. Candidates received are studied and classified depending on the positions profile through the ServiSelect Profile Form (SFP). Shortlisted CVs are sent with a brief commentary of the candidate. All the candidates which are suitable to the profile requested will be sent to the client.
